She gave me plenty of worthwhile advice and put me in touch with professionals who helped prepare the house for sale. When we were ready to list, she hired a drone operator on a picture perfect day - she had checked the weather reports - to take aerial photos of the house and its fantastic hillside view of the San Gabriel Valley.
