As Director of Everything at The Trainor Team, Inc., I work alongside Fleming Trainor at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, supporting every moving part of our luxury real estate business in Park City, Utah. From operations and client experience to marketing and creative design, I wear many hats, hence the title.
A lifelong self-starter and natural perfectionist, I take pride in delivering thoughtful, detail-driven service at the highest level. Known for my maturity, intuition, and genuine care for people, I am currently working toward my real estate license and look forward to continuing to grow within the industry alongside the team.
Detail-oriented, intuitive, and deeply invested in doing things well, Jess plays a hands-on role in shaping the day-to-day experience behind The Trainor Team. She thrives where organization, creativity, and people skills intersect, bringing a high level of care and intention into everything she does.
Having been self-employed from a young age, Jess developed a strong sense of independence, accountability, and pride in her work. Naturally Type A and a perfectionist when it comes to execution, she values structure, consistency, and follow-through. Working alongside Fleming has also unlocked a creative side, particularly through the design of marketing materials, brand assets, and systems that support the team’s luxury real estate business.
Jess’s path into real estate was organic and rooted in relationships. What began as a role supporting Fleming and her family evolved into a trusted professional partnership. When the opportunity arose to step into a broader support role within the business, it felt like a natural progression. From the very first day, their working styles and expectations aligned, setting the foundation for a strong collaboration.
She is known for being sharp, reliable, and intuitive, with a natural ability to anticipate needs before they arise. More than anything, Jess genuinely cares about people and believes exceptional service should always feel thoughtful, seamless, and personal. She holds herself to the highest standard of support, whether managing details behind the scenes or contributing creatively to the brand.
She is currently working toward her real estate license and looks forward to continuing to grow within the luxury real estate space, supporting long-term relationships and contributing to The Trainor Team in meaningful, lasting ways.
